The goal of Ryatt Sports is to grow and promote recreationally competitive co-ed volleyball in the Kingston area by providing well organized tournaments and leagues, lots of volleyball and good times. Offering regular weekend tournaments, a summer beach league and pick-up night and connections to other sources of volleyball in the area.

This junior A hockey team has made the Ed Lumley Arena their home for practices and games. The arena can be found in the Cornwall Civic Complex, which features an NHL hockey ice surface. The Colts began their training in Cornwall in the early 1990s and changed ownership in the mid 1990s.
