    Wolfe Island

    Located at the mouth of Lake Ontario, Wolfe Island is the first island of the Thousand Islands area. There are regular ferries from Kingston to this inhabited island, bringing visitors to enjoy the many recreational activities that pervade the land, such as bike routes, bird watching, parks, driving range, fishing and hunting. There are many restaurants, shops and accommodations to entice visitors to stay awhile.

    Kingscourt-Strathcona District
    This district covers the communities of Kingscourt, Strathcona Park and the Elliott Avenue area. A few points of interest in this district include the Max Jackson Memorial Park and the Kingston Frontenac Public Library.

    Lion's Gate
    This subdivision is situated just west of Highway #2 and boasts some of the largest homes in Eastern Ontario. Estate homes are common in this waterfront community.

    Old East Hill
    Homes built in the early 1900's are plentiful in this district. Some of the streets to visit are Ann, Dufferin, Albert and George Street. Head east from the downtown core down Bridge Street to get to this area.
